​Karen Williams has been teaching primary mathematics for over 25 years.  She is currently the lead mathematics lecturer for Initial Teacher Education on the Primary PGCE at the UCL Institute of Education.  She was involved in developing one of the National Professional Qualifications for Leading Primary Mathematics.  Karen has a passion for supporting and inspiring teachers to have her own genuine love of teaching and understanding mathematics, which they can successfully pass on to their pupils.
