Dan has over 15 years of experience in teaching and leading secondary schools in London, particularly in their Mathematics provision. He has held posts including Headteacher, Director of Mathematics, Specialist Leader of Education and Professional Development Lead. Dan was also a Maths Hub Lead from day one of the Maths Hub programme for another London Maths Hub. As part of this, he was fortunate enough to lead on, and be part of, the Shanghai teacher exchange which inspired him to embed Mastery into his own department which continues to be seen as a model of success. Dan now leads the Mathematics provisions across a large federation of schools.
